From July 18th to 21st, 2024, the Post-Artistic Services Office conducted its fourth joint activity with the residents of Opolno-Zdrój - this time in the form of a gathering and artistic festival titled "Weekend with Art in Opolno-Zdrój." During the event, together with Anna Ptak and Maja Janczar we presented the results of research on the textile industry in the Zgorzelec region at the "Doltex" cotton mill in the form of an outdoor exhibition. Since January 2024 were collected stories and textiles left over from the once multi-sectoral and thriving cotton industry, which ultimately closed in 2002. Through participatory research, we focused on the needs of former workers, collaborating to commemorate forgotten histories.
